ABOUT SANDY

Sandy Herrault is a violinist and fiddler from Asheville, NC. She performs regularly at area venues, weddings, and other events. Her style is unmistakably original - encompassing Pop/rock, Classical, Celtic, Original music, Gypsy and other genres.

I'm a classically trained violinist, with a passion for multiple genres, including popular music from the 60's to current day, Reggae, Irish fiddle, Gypsy, and other styles. My influences are wide, which inspires me to create my own interpretation of many well-known songs. One moment, I'm deep in a Bob Marley reggae trance and the next tenderly playing Adele or entrenched in Lynyrd Skynyrd. I feel a kinship to all these songs as I bring them life on my fiddle.
